B次元 has recently introduced the new Blackboard Ultra Learning Management System. This platform offers a modern, user-friendly experience for both instructors and students, emphasizing a mobile-first design, streamlined workflows, and enhanced integrations.
Blackboard Transition
Mercy Online partnered with an Online and Faculty task force in Spring of 2023 to complete an LMS evaluation. In that evaluation, it was determined that the best move would be to Blackboard Ultra from Blackboard Original. This update provides faculty and students with a more modern, intuitive, and responsive interface. Blackboard Ultra puts an emphasis on meeting accessibility needs as well.
Online Professor of the Year
The Online Professor of the Year is nominated by students and selected by the Online Advisory Team made up of our Faculty Online Learning Coordinators. The Online Professor of the Year recognizes a professor who demonstrates an outstanding combination of classroom management, course design, innovative presentation and dedication, as well as a strong connection with their students.
